There are a number of things to be mindful of during your stay at the lodge. We've collected them here:
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in at 3:30 PM.
- Self check-in with keyless entry. System key pad is on the garage side door. A physical key for the front door will be provided on the kitchen counter.
- Check-out is at 10:30 AM.
- Before you leave please make sure to:
- Lock all windows and doors
- Place used towels on the bathroom floor
- Strip bed linens and leave them on the bedroom floor
- Clean and load all used dishes into the dishwasher
- Turn off all the lights
- Check drawers for personal items
- Leave the front door physical key on the kitchen counter top
- Log out of your accounts on the TV
- If you enjoyed your stay please make sure to sign the guest book
Rules:
- No parties allowed. Please be respectful to the neighbors
- Pets are not permitted
- Absolutely NO smoking permitted in the rental
- Please bring trash cans to the edge of driveway for pickup on Monday Night
- Do not use any other dock or the floating platform close to the dock. Our dock is the one on the right. It's 40 feet long and can easily dock motorboat or pontoon boats
- Don't touch the alarm
Supplies:
- For a campfire - there is wood, roasting sticks and 6 red Adirondack chairs in the garage. Make sure to put them back in the garage when finished
- Freshly laundered linens are in the linen closet outside the hallway bathroom
- We have a traditional coffee maker with different types of ground coffee under the bar in the kitchen. We also have a Keurig with a variety of k-cups
- There are hair dryers in each of the master baths
- We have extra paper products, toiletries, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and freshly laundered towels in mud room closet
- The Laundry room has detergent, a vacuum, fabric softener, a dustpan, and cleaning products
- There are three thermostats. One in family room which controls right side of the house, the wall between den and kitchen controls left side, and one up in the new master bedroom which controls only the master bedroom
